COMPLAINTS
We have a formal process to deal with any concerns related to the handling of your personal information. Please email admin@smartchoiceinsurance.com.au or call 07 5620 4615, and we will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or for matters relating to financial advice, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
